Just heard on Fox – Hannity on Nov 2
Buried audio tape from SF Chronicle(?) discovered in which Obama speaking states electrical power rates under his administration will SKYROCKET do to his carbon cap policy and those who want to build a coal fired plant can do so but the fines will bankrupt them.
I saw it and I heard it. This does NOT appear to be a rumor.
