Reform

Fellow Veterans:

I want to encourage all of you that come to this blog to consider serving again. We need reform in Washington and in Michigan. We need patriots and principled centered leadership to stand up and get involved. More than that we need patriots to run for office and make reforms. We need non-lawyers to run our democracy. Everyday folks like Sarah and Todd to stand up and return common sense to government. We need John to lead us to Country First again.

To say we need an ethics reform is an understatement. John and Sarah have a big job ahead of them but I believe they are up to the task. Make no mistake they need your vote and support. The campaign is only going to nastier as we get closer to November. Keep the faith.

When I deployed in the mid-seventies I remember as we went under the Golden Gate bridge, the idiots used to throw cans of paint and bowling balls down onto our flight deck. I remember not being allowed to wear our uniforms of base because of the crap we got from the civilians. I remember destroyer crews being consolidated so they could come up with enough people to man a ship. I remember airmen and soldiers dying in Iran because the equipment was not maintained due to parts availablity. And recently I remember returning from Counter Narcotics in South America only to learn the USS Cole was not avenged, the soldiers in Somalia were displayed as war trophies. THIS CAN'T STAND AGAIN!

If you're mad at your 401(k), IRA, account statements; if you remember the swine that called us baby killers, if you want reform, help us get the vote out for John.

If you're patriotic consider running for office. We need change. We need John and Sarah.

Great statements! Should make people take a step back and think what we NEED to do. Thanks, Claude!

But what will American soldiers face in Iran if John McCain becomes president?

Find out what ex-cia agent Robert Baer thinks.
