Today I heard the tape of BHO speaking to the San Francisco Chronicle (news paper for liberals for all you east coast Sailors).
We will let them build as many coal and gas fired power plants as they want. With my cap and offset policy they will go bankrupt trying to pay for the greenhouse gases they produce.
Coal production will go bust. Natural gas will go bust. And the cost of electricity has to necessarily sky-rocket!
What are we supposed to do, run our electrical stuff on the hot air of liberals? What about all those Americans in the coal industry? The natural gas industry?

Wind power the answer? What happens when the wind does not blow? Did you know that wind power requires some 90% back-up of diesel generators for when there is no hot air blowing between the Left Coast and the East Coast.
